No. There is no vehicle limit. You can use the dongle to manage and flash as many compatible vehicles as you like. The appropriate tuning software must be purchased separately for each vehicle.

No. Each tuning software purchase is valid for one vehicle only and is permanently assigned to that vehicle. The tutorial walks you through the assignment process step by step.

No. Once flashing is complete, the software is stored directly on your vehicle’s control unit and the dongle can be removed. We recommend unplugging it from the OBD2 port when it will not be used for an extended period.

Make sure the vehicle battery is sufficiently charged, ideally connect a suitable battery charger, and switch off unnecessary electrical loads. Follow the application’s instructions throughout the entire process.

No. Do not switch off the ignition or your device, and do not disconnect anything. Interrupting the process can result in an incomplete write and may damage the control unit.

First check the power supply, all connections, your internet connection, and your login. Do not start another flash attempt if the previous process did not clearly finish, and contact our support team if you are unsure.

If the dongle has already started writing to the control unit, it will continue the flash process independently until it is complete. The rapidly flashing LED on the device indicates that this process is still running.

Never interrupt this process or switch off the ignition, as doing so may damage the control unit.

If you reconnect to the dongle through the app while flashing is still in progress, the app will automatically return to the active flash screen.
