Old Electrical Devices and Batteries – Important Disposal Information

Owners of discarded electrical and electronic equipment are legally required to dispose of these items separately from household waste. Disposal in the general waste bin or the yellow recycling bin is not permitted. The symbol of a crossed-out wheeled bin, which appears on many devices, indicates the obligation for separate collection under applicable regulations within Germany and the EU.
