- Purchase Unlock
- Send in the ECU – Pack the ECU carefully and include a printed copy of your order confirmation.
- Unlock Process – Once we receive your ECU, we’ll inspect it and complete the unlock within 1–2 business days.
- Ready for Tuning – As soon as you receive your ECU back, you're ready to begin tuning.

- The use of this software is strictly prohibited on public roads. It is intended exclusively for research, development, motorsport, or testing purposes on private property.
- The user is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Disclaimer of Liability
Use of this software and hardware is at your own risk. Any modifications to vehicle control units may result in unexpected behavior, malfunctions, or damage to the vehicle. The provider accepts no liability for direct or indirect damages, consequential damages, vehicle breakdowns, or legal infringements arising from the use of this software or hardware.
The user is fully responsible for ensuring legal compliance and the operational safety of the vehicle. In particular, the provider disclaims any responsibility for use on public roads or for any resulting consequences.
Flashing
After the unlock, you can flash the software to the ECU via OBD2-Port or OBD-Bench setup using the CAN-BUS.
You will need our KM eFlash dongle or a J2534-compatible interface, such as the Tactrix Openport 2.0 or Scanmatik.
The required Windows software and license will be provided free of charge as part of the unlock service.
Important Shipping Information
Please print out your order confirmation and include it in the package — this is the only way we can correctly assign your ECU to your order.
All shipping costs (both to and from us) are the responsibility of the customer.
You can select your preferred shipping option during the checkout process.
The following options are available:
- DHL Standard (insured up to €500)
- DHL Express (insured up to €500)
- Own shipping label – in this case, please include a fully completed label inside the package and select “Own Label” as the shipping method during checkout.
- Payment and Shipping
Your ECU is processed at our location in Germany and then securely returned to you.
On-Site Service in Germany
Would you prefer to drop off your ECU in person? No problem! You’re welcome to bring the unit directly to us — we’ll complete the unlock as quickly as possible, and in most cases, you can take it back with you the same day.
Important: Please select “Pickup” as the shipping method during checkout. An appointment must be scheduled in advance to ensure a smooth process.
Rules and Conditions for ECU Unlock
- The offer is intended exclusively for business customers.
- In very rare cases, the unlock may not be possible due to the software version on your ECU. Unfortunately, this can only be determined during the unlocking process. If this happens, you will receive a full refund for the unlock service – however, shipping costs are not refundable.
- The customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment while in transit. We do not accept liability for lost or damaged packages.
- Only original, unopened ECUs are accepted.
- Previously opened, tampered with, or modified ECUs will not be processed under any circumstances.
- If any manipulation is detected, or if the control unit has been previously opened, modified, or is not in its original condition, the unlock will not be performed. In such cases, no refund will be granted.
